Great for Night & Day Viewing. Here is the most versatile optical instrument you will ever own. Perfect for astronomy, hunting, bird watching, or cityscape gazing, this refractor scope provides an impressive view. With a full-coated achromatic 80mm primary objective lens and a short 400mm focal length, this little bundle of power packs a super-fast F/5.0, which means it is the perfect light-gathering instrument for wide-field and deep space astronomy. With this kind of light-gathering power, you also will get great views of birds or animals in darker shaded areas, and you will see clear, bright images of anything through either of the two powerful Kellner eyepieces.

My kids are enjoying this package. There aren't a ton of the glowing stars in the package, so I wish I ordered some more because there were some fights over those. But the telescope is great. We got the blue one and it has a nice metallic finish. Everything fits in the carrying bag, so makes me happy that it can be put away when the kids are done playing with it. (Posted on 1/27/14)

Great Gift Review by Stars in my eyes

My 9 year old loves this little telescope. He was able to set it up with about 10 minutes of instruction. Even though there isn't a full sized tripod, he takes it out all the time. Loves the full-moon, and enjoys using it to watch airplanes and watch for passing satellites. It's a great gift. (Posted on 12/1/13)
